Today, we had two FFA members represent our chapter at the San Antonio Livestock Show!
Giselle and Alan Martinez exhibited their Commercial Ewes. It was both of their first time competing at a major livestock show. They did an outstanding job representing our chapter with professionalism, responsibility, and pride.
Participating in livestock shows provides students with valuable hands-on learning experiences that extend far beyond the ring. Through projects like these, students develop skills in animal husbandry, time management, record keeping, communication, and sportsmanship.
We are incredibly proud of their hard work and dedication, and we look forward to seeing their continued growth and success!

Goodrich ISD Parents & Guardians: Due to the winter storm and icy road conditions, Goodrich ISD will be closed on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. We will continue to monitor weather conditions and provide updates as needed.

All campuses will begin classes two hours later than the normal start time. Bus routes will also run two hours later than their regular schedules.
